Kiki Carrabes, originally from North Reading, Massachusetts, from a young age began to build a passion for real estate through her own journey. As a kid, Kiki got to watch her parents buy and sell the many homes they moved around in. She also got to watch her mom renovate and flip their houses as investments. She was always interested in watching the process from start to finish, being involved in any way possible even from a young age, and learning and following the real estate market and trends while building her love for the industry. During the process of all these moves, Kiki found her passion in real estate and what the value of a home represents, and the meaning it serves during that time in someone’s life.

Outside of Work I Enjoy:

“Spending time with my family and friends is what I enjoy most outside of work. I have a French Bulldog, Vinny, who joined my family and he has been a great sense of entertainment and joy since coming into my life. I love the outdoors, traveling and trying new restaurants.”

Favorite Part of My Job:

“I get to have a real impact in people’s lives. To many, whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or experienced homebuyer, it is often the biggest financial commitment they make in their lifetime, so I take a tremendous amount of pride in successfully guiding my clients in their real estate goals.”
