Kevin became interested in Real Estate at a very early age while traveling around New England and being exposed to the wonderful mix of historic and modern architecture the area has to offer. He got his start in the real estate business working for a developer that constructs energy-efficient homes in the Worcester area. His first several years as a REALTOR® at Lamacchia Realty have given him a wealth of knowledge working with both buyers and sells from every walk of life. Kevin is now an active agent in both the Worcester, MA area and the Orlando, FL area, and specializes in helping clients relocate from one to the other. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling near and far with my wife Jen, and trying new cuisines/restaurants.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“Buddy Dog is an animal shelter that cares for and facilitates the placement of stray, homeless, and unwanted dogs and cats as pets in suitable homes. I have volunteered at Buddy Dog as a dog walker and know it is a wonderful organization.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“An amazing part of my job is being able to build relationships and achieve success with my clients during a very exciting time in their lives! But my FAVORITE part of my job (and what motivates me throughout the process) is remaining close with my clients after the journey is over, and seeing the lives they build and the memories they create in their new homes.”

Do you have any pets?

“We have two very spoiled cats: Percy (the big brother), and Poppy (the little sister).”
