Kevin Struzziero is a dedicated and experienced property management and real estate professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. He began his career in 2011 as a laborer and quickly worked his way up to property manager. He has a passion for helping people and has always had a desire to work hard. Prior to entering the property management field, Kevin was a foreman of a landscaping company, which eventually led him to pursue a career in real estate. He is known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic and is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of service, knowledge, and prompt response times. He is also deeply committed to providing guidance to his clients throughout the entire process. Kevin is loyal, hardworking, and honest and grew up in Braintree, Massachusetts. He has lived in Dorchester for a few years but has mostly lived in Braintree his whole life. His goal is to help as many people as possible through his real estate career.

You’ve been in the business for quite some time. What made you decide to switch to Lamacchia Realty?

“Ever since I went to a Crush it in Real Estate event a few years ago, I’ve been inspired by the training and culture Lamacchia has created. There are a lot of things I want to learn as far as tools, marketing, and training that I think for me is something I am excited about so that I can sharpen my skills to really be as useful in all areas of real estate.”

“I believe the marketing tools, training, and different systems that are being used will help me gain more confidence and help elevate my skills to be of maximum service to my clients.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I love going to comedy shows, sporting events, traveling, swimming, riding jet ski’s and spending time with my family, fiancé Lauren and my dog Sadie.”

What is your favorite part of your job?

“The rewarding feeling of playing a part of helping someone achieve their real estate goals.”

Do you have any pets?

“Yes, my boxer/pitbull Sadie she’s 9.”

“Love and Relief for Haiti”

What’s your favorite sport to play or watch?

“I’ve just gotten into playing golf even though I’m terrible. I like going to Celtics games.”
