Biography

Kathleen was born and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts.  She moved across the country over the course of her life but eventually found her way back home. In fact, she now lives in the very home she was raised in. Kathleen worked in event planning before making the career change to real estate back in 2014. She has always been a helper, whether that be helping an elderly neighbor shovel their driveway during a snowstorm or volunteering to help a friend replace carpeting when she had fallen ill. But Kathleen’s generosity isn’t limited to her friends and family. She extends her kindness to complete strangers by raising and training seeing-eye dogs for The Guide Dogs for The Blind Foundation. Kathleen’s work ethic and warm heart make her a wonderful Realtor that is willing to do whatever it takes to get a deal done. In true Kathleen fashion, she has recently transitioned to a Field Service Agent role; assisting other agents and their clients throughout the home buying and selling process.

Kathleen has four children and currently resides in Lowell with her husband.

What made you choose Lamacchia Realty?

“I decided to join Lamacchia because I was looking for a change. I was looking for a company that had real training and innovative systems. After sitting in on a few training Wednesdays I could see this was the place I could learn to grow my business and be even more knowledgeable for my clients. I could see a very different culture and wanted to be a part of it! Knowing this company is two steps ahead of the rest of the industry gives me a renewed sense of confidence that I can give my clients the very best chance at achieving their goals.”

Outside of Work I Enjoy:

“Outside of real estate I enjoy outdoor activities such as long bike rides with my husband, walking, and hiking. I also enjoy rehabbing and repurposing old furniture. Taking something old and worn out and giving it new life and purpose bring me joy! I love spending time with my wonderful and wild granddaughter, Lilah.”

My Favorite Sports:

“I enjoy watching Hockey and football with my family. I would say the Bruins and of course, the Patriots are my favorite teams”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“The Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind is my favorite charity. I volunteer with them to raise and train seeing-eye dogs. Watching a silly pup go from being totally goofy to becoming a person’s lifeline is absolutely amazing. Autism Speaks is also a charity that is close to my heart, as I have a son with Autism.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“The best part of my job is meeting new people! I love being able to help out our agents when they can’t be in two places at once. Meeting and getting to know their wonderful clients while doing the work I love is the best of both worlds.”

Do you have any pets?

“I have a cat named Milly and I have a new puppy every 16 months or so to raise as a service dog. There is never a shortage of furry friends at my home!”
