Kate is an outgoing friendly face who loves working in the Real Estate business. She loves adventures of being on the road and meeting people, because she is licensed in MA & NH, she has enjoyed getting to know unfamiliar areas. Kate is married to her husband Shawn and they have a dog Bailey. Together, they all love spending time on their boat on Lake Winnipesaukee. Kate also loves to travel, recently she and Shawn have traveled to Paris, Hawaii, St John and St Lucia.

“My favorite thing about my job is meeting new people all the time, knowing my everyday will be a different experience. Assisting people with the all the decisions needed in order to purchase a home or to sell their home. It is rewarding to establish relationships that continue on long after the closing day!”

“I have a Dog Bailey. She is a rescue and she has me wrapped around her paw!“
