Jonathan is from Hudson, NH, and is an agent with Lamacchia Realty. He attended public schools in the Town of Hudson and pursued further education at the University of New Hampshire, graduating in 2005.

Post-graduation he started his career with Target Corporation. He spent 6 years working as an Executive in stores, then he was promoted to District Manager, and most recently promoted to Director – New England. Most of his career at Target was focused on leadership, operations, talent management, sales, business strategies, safety, and investigations.

Through this time, he married his childhood friend Megan. They have been married almost 10 years and have two beautiful children: son Owen (7), and daughter Jordyn (5), as well as a 9-year-old chocolate lab (Flex). They enjoy golf, boating, skiing, lake home(s), and attending all of their kids’ events (hockey, gymnastics, etc…).

After 15 years with Target Corporation and support from family and friends, Jonathan decided it was time to take a different path in his career. Living in a time with COVID enabled him to be at home with his kids and decide what he wanted to pursue. Checking things off his list included obtaining his Real Estate license. Below are a few additional details….

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“I really enjoy talking with and working with people – Lamacchia has built a culture in which people are put first. To invest in people, while pulling the best out of them, creates an environment in which I wanted to be a part of and grow with.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“We enjoy outdoor activities as well as time with family and friends.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I don’t have a favorite per se, however, I have spent some time with the Boston Food Bank as well as hosting/organizing “Heroes and Helper” events. My family is directly involved with a Memorial Golf Tournament that provides local high school graduates with scholarship money to put towards further education. To date, we have provided $150,000 in scholarship money.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“My success is defined by how successful others around me, or report to me, become. I enjoy working and leading with teams to deliver exceptional results.”

Do you have any pets?

“One chocolate lab, 9 years old, Flex (who still thinks he’s a puppy). I would have more than one if allowed to 😊”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“I’m a New England sports fan first and foremost. I enjoy watching games with my kids. My favorite team right now is the New England Stars hockey team – this is the hockey team my son currently plays for. Nothing better than to watch him skate.”
