John Sheridan is a dedicated REALTOR® with over five years of experience, bringing a strong foundation in communication, critical thinking, and service to every transaction. Prior to entering real estate, John built a career spanning more than 20 years in the fire and emergency medical services field, where he currently serves as a Lieutenant and Paramedic for a local fire department. His background in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations has equipped him with the ability to stay calm, think strategically, and communicate effectively, skills that translate seamlessly into guiding clients through the complexities of buying and selling real estate.

Originally from Grafton and now residing in Whitinsville, John offers a deep understanding of the local communities he serves. His transition into real estate was driven by a desire to expand his professional experience while continuing to help others in meaningful ways. He was drawn to Lamacchia Realty for its strong support system, innovative resources, and commitment to agent and client success, allowing him to deliver a higher level of service throughout every transaction. John is also committed to continuous growth and takes full advantage of the company’s educational opportunities to stay ahead in an ever-changing market.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending as much time as possible on Cape Cod with his wife and daughter. Whether it is relaxing by the water or making family memories, that time together is something he truly values.
