My love for real estate started long before I ever held a license. As a kid, my father used to take our family on Sunday drives, and every so often we’d stumble upon a brand-new subdivision. If he suggested we stop to take a look, I was always the first one out of the car. Walking through model homes, seeing new neighborhoods come to life, and watching how people connected with those spaces made a lasting impression on me.

That early curiosity grew into a lifelong passion.

Over the past 4 decades, my career has evolved from sales into leadership and specialized consulting, with a strong focus on residential markets, land, and new construction. I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients through major life decisions, mentoring agents, and working closely with builders and developers to navigate the complexities of homebuilding and community growth.

Today, I approach every client relationship the same way I did on those Sunday drives—with curiosity, care, and a genuine love for people, homes, and neighborhoods. My goal is simple: to help people make confident, informed decisions about where they live and where they build their memories.
