Jennifer has been passionate about real estate for many years but it was never the right time. However, being home during the pandemic made her realize there is no better time than now to get started and actually enjoy her career! Jennifer’s goal is to not only help her clients achieve their goals but to surpass their expectations. Listening to the needs of her clients and really building those relationships is the key to success. It’s such an important time in people’s lives and having been through the buying and selling experience herself more than once, Jennifer knows what it takes to get results and will strive to make the home buying or selling experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Jennifer’s colleagues and clients would describe her as enthusiastic, organized, and friendly.

Jennifer graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business and since then she has worked in some form of customer service for over 10 years. She has worked as an Education Consultant for Sephora and more recently as an Account Manager for an insurance agency. The one common thread between all of her jobs has been her desire to help her clients. Jennifer loves building relationships with them and really getting to know people, and that has been the key to her success in her previous jobs.

Jennifer has lived in central Massachusetts her whole life. She grew up in Holden, and she and her family just bought a home in Barre last summer.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“I had heard how good the training program is and that they really set you up for success which was really important to me. They care about both their agents and their clients.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I enjoy spending time with my family. I definitely have fewer hobbies now that I have a 3-year-old and a 3-month-old but we love venturing out as a family whether it’s to the beach or just spending time outside with our dogs and hanging out in our backyard.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“Developing relationships with people and helping them in one of the most important times in their lives!”

Do you have any pets?

“We are definitely a dog family, we currently have two!”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“I always enjoy watching a Red Sox or Bruins game but there’s nothing better than hanging out on a Sunday with some good food and watching the Patriots!”
