After dedicating 8 years to the Mental Health field, where he held positions in Direct Care, Clinical Management, and Auditing, James decided to take step back and pursue new opportunities. This turning point prompted deep introspection, leading him to embark on a new path of becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2020.

James holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Framingham State University, which has played a significant role in shaping his patient, caring, and detail-oriented approach to both his previous work in Mental Health and his interactions with clients in the real estate arena. Based in Leominster, James proudly serves Worcester, Middlesex, Norfolk, Hamden, Hampshire, and Franklin County.

“Lamacchia Realty is well known for excellence in Massachusetts. I joined on the recommendation of former colleagues of other Brokerages who have also made the leap to Lamacchia.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“When I am not with friends, family, or traveling, I have a few hobbies including shooting pool, the occasional trip to the gym, investing, video games, and hiking.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“Nothing ever beats finding the solution to a problem for my client.”

“ASAN or the Autism Self Advocacy Network.”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“I can talk just about any sport, but football and hockey top my list. I am a lifelong 49ers fan but have adopted the Bruins as my hometown team of choice.”
