Biography

Jackie started in real estate in 2016 after managing the purchase of her first home. The purchase required her to obtain a renovation loan which had a lot of paperwork and moving parts. Nevertheless, Jackie managed the entire project including communications between the contractors and lender as well as managing the everyday activities of the project to keep it moving forward. At the same time as her home purchase and renovation, Jackie was working in Immigration and her experience in this role further solidified her decision to become a REALTOR® because she knew she wanted to help people with their own homebuying experience and make it as smooth and as easy as she could for them. Jackie’s experience as an Immigration Director has given her the knowledge and expertise to efficiently and effectively handle all aspects of a real estate transaction including, but not limited to, completing and processing extensive real estate documents, managing the many moving parts of the transaction while adhering to strict deadlines, keeping all parties of the transaction abreast of new developments at the moment they occur, and ensuring everyone stays stay the course from contract to close.

Jackie’s goal is to help her clients get through the complexity of real estate with a sense of ease. Jackie is known for being honest, reliable, and caring, and she helps her clients reach their goals of homeownership with education, commitment, and determination. She has a very specific method that she uses called the “High-Performance Method” which gives the client a step-by-step breakdown of the process from start to finish so the client knows exactly what to expect.

Jackie is originally from Saugus, MA. She currently resides in South Berwick, Maine.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“They make great strides in ensuring their agents are successful, knowledgeable, and the best in the business. They don’t let the agency’s growth take away from the growth of the agent and that is very important to me.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“Anything to do with my cars! I collect Alfa Romeo cars with my husband, and they keep us pretty busy. Outside of that, I also enjoy hiking, kayaking, and attending many music concerts.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“Helping my clients through this particular phase of life. There’s always something major happening in a person’s life to move them forward into buying or selling-a military change of station, a birth, a death, a divorce, a marriage, etc. It’s not just about buying or selling, you’re helping them move on to their next chapter.”

Do you have any pets?

“Yes, I have a dog-Remo, 2 cats-Alfio and Zita, chickens, and a rooster.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“End 68 Hours of Hunger which helps provide food to school-age children who would otherwise not receive it during the 68 hours between Friday afternoon and Monday morning when they’re not able to get free meals at school.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“Football.”
