Biography

Ian went to school at Cal Poly Pamona for Computer Science and got his MBA at Babson. Before real estate, Ian was in product management in financial services. Before that, he worked in project management and consulting as a programmer. Ian made the jump to real estate because he always had a desire to buy, invest, flip, retain, and rent. After doing those on the side here and there, he decided that it was time to put a full time effort into the industry. Ian wanted to help others find their new homes and enjoy the process as much as he did. Ian loves being able to be the master of his own destiny. Ian was born in New York, raised in LA, and has been in Westford for the past 15 years. Ian is honorable, forthright, and upfront. With Ian, what you see is what you get, he never plays games with his clients and strives to be honest with them throughout the process.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“I had looked at a couple of other brokerages and had spoken with some people I knew in the industry, and while people had good things to say about other places once you’re established, it was clear that as a new agent- Lamacchia was truly the place to be to start your business with all of the support they offer. Having changed industries a couple times I knew the extreme value and importance in the support and training. There is a learning curve, the more help you can get in order to get up that curve quickly helps the agent and as a result the more value you bring as an organization.
