After a successful 9-year career as a children’s theater teacher, director and theater education coordinator, Holly made the decision to pursue another passion in life which was homes and real estate. Since starting her real estate career in 2006, Holly has earned several quality service and top-producing sales awards. She has been a multimillion-dollar producer specializing in residential and commercial properties as well as grand luxury estates. Holly brings two decades of expert negotiating skills to the table while maintaining a professional and stress-free experience for her clients.
Holly has several years of experience as a Relocation Director at her former company sharing her love of Southern NH and the lakes region with clients from all over the country. During her career in real estate, Holly earned her Brokers license in NH and her salesperson license in MA to help her clients double their market share when buying or selling a home. Her goal is to take as much stress out of any real estate experience for her clients so that they can experience the joy that comes with achieving their real estate related aspirations.
After affiliating with both large and small real estate franchises, Holly decided to partner with a real estate firm which presents a different business model complete with a powerful marketing team, professional administrators, and transaction coordination – Lamacchia Realty. Through this new venture, she will be able to meet all her clients’ needs in this new and changing market driven by a strong online presence, social media and AI.
Her professional affiliations include the Northeast Association of Realtors and the Granite State South Board of Realtors. Holly is also a Notary and a Justice of the Peace.
Outside of real estate, Holly has served for many years as Vice President of the King’s Daughters Benevolent Association helping needy children in the Nashua area. She cherishes spending time with her family including her Husband, children and grandchildren. She especially enjoys her family time at their summer residence at Lake Winnipesaukee boating, hiking and watching football by a campfire. She likes to play dice games with two BUNCO groups and has many dear friends that she enjoys visiting with. Holly also loves her time spent playing with and walking her Labradoodle and Brussels Griffon. Other past times include decorating her home, painting, restoring furniture, and listening to sports radio.
