Hayley is new to real estate, but she has always spent her free time looking at listings online. Now, she is excited to do that as part of her career. She has two young children and loves the idea that she has so much control and flexibility over her own time and income. She is originally from Nelson, NH and now lives in Medford, MA.
She’s always been a strong student with a love for learning. Many years ago, she decided to pursue her Master’s degree in Elementary Education. Since then, she’s worked in various educator roles, both abroad and Massachusetts. As an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher in Methuen, most recently. She has honed her critical thinking, patience, communication, organization, and leadership skills as a teacher.
Her professional goals are, broadly speaking, to become a successful REALTOR® in the Greater Boston area by using the resources available to her. She believes she can learn a lot by taking advantage of all that Lamacchia offers, including professional development and training opportunities. She is excited to work with her success guide and new colleagues and learn from their extensive real estate experience. She plans to make every client of hers a happy homeowner or seller who can refer her services to their friends, family, and colleagues.
What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“I heard so many great things about the training offered and the positive work atmosphere. It really sounds like a place where the agents are set up to succeed and one person’s success is a win for everyone.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“My six-month-old twins take up a lot of my time outside of work, but I love running, crushing shows on Netflix and taking my two pups to the park and to the Fells. Brewery hopping around the Boston area also always makes for a great day.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“I’m looking forward to meeting and working with new people. I’m excited to be an integral part of a decision as big as buying or selling a home.”
Do you have any pets?
“Yes! I have two rescue dogs, Luna and Apollo. They are pretty crazy pups who are always getting into trouble, but I wouldn’t trade them for the world. We take them on every weekend trip with us, they love playing fetch, swimming and barking at squirrels from the window.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
Girls on the Run is an awesome charity I’ve had the pleasure of working with in the past. I was a coach for teams in Lawrence and Medford and also fundraised for them as part of the 2020 Boston Marathon Sole mates’ team.
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“Living in Spain for a few years and visiting the stadiums for Real Madrid and Barca turned me into a soccer fan. Watching Ted Lasso has made me love it even more!”
