Gwen grew up in Central Florida, graduating from UCF with a focus on marketing and hospitality management. Over the past two decades, Gwen has worked in the metro areas of Atlanta, Boston, and Fort Lauderdale in Sales, Marketing, and Training. Since joining Lamacchia Realty, Gwen has worked in all facets of the real estate market. She has completed sales of Single Family, Condo, Land, and currently Rentals, working with both buyers and sellers on and off the MLS in cash and finance deals.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty? 

“I chose Lamacchia Realty based on the company’s ongoing training, ethics, comradery, and commitment to excellence. It was important to me to be involved in a company that puts its customers first, providing them with current, up-to-date information within the market, and professionals to guide them through a smooth transaction. I enjoy helping people find their future, that’s what it’s all about.” 

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? 

“Outside of work I enjoy traveling with my husband and pug. I am also an avid animal lover. I enjoy riding horses with my friends, and spending evenings at the barn. I am also an excellent shopper, if you are looking for anything from a mechanic, retail or restaurant location or mortgage professional and everything in between I have a contact for you.” 

What is your favorite thing about your job? 

“My favorite part of the job is ‘Finding your Future’.  I enjoy listening to my client’s wants and needs and hunting for the properties that come closest to the bullseye. We are in the business of caring; for me, the look on a client’s face when they walk into a house, and it feels like home is what it’s all about.” 

Do you have any pets? 

“I have a pug, Maxwell Bohannon.  He’s playful, silly, and everyone’s best friend. Maxwell is a true joy.” 

Do you have a favorite charity? 

“I believe in Tunnel to Towers Foundation, as well as Shriners Hospitals for Children.” 

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams? 

“I enjoy equestrian trick riding, show jumping, fall football games, and bocce.”
