Gerardo Morabito is a knowledgeable and analytical real estate professional based out of the Lamacchia Realty Shrewsbury office. He began his career in the real estate industry in 2003 as a home inspector in Florida and has since built a strong foundation rooted in engineering principles, property evaluation, and risk assessment. Gerardo’s goal is to serve as a technical real estate advisor rather than simply a salesperson, helping buyers, sellers, and investors make informed, lower risk decisions through a deeper understanding of properties and market conditions. He specializes in multifamily properties and investment opportunities while focusing on building a referral based business grounded in trust, expertise, and consistent results.

Gerardo’s professional background includes extensive experience as a claims adjuster and home inspector within the insurance industry, where he developed expertise in evaluating structural conditions, identifying system related issues, assessing risk exposure, and managing complex property related transactions. Supported by an MBA in Management and Leadership, his experience has strengthened his negotiation, communication, and problem solving skills, allowing him to guide clients with a highly informed and detail oriented approach. His ability to evaluate homes from both a market and technical perspective gives clients valuable insight into repair considerations, insurance implications, and long term ownership costs.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Gerardo moved to the United States in 2000 and now resides in Westborough, Massachusetts with his family. He is married with two children and values staying closely connected with loved ones, including his daughter nearby and his son in California. Outside of real estate, Gerardo enjoys walking, swimming, spending time at the beach, reading, and continuous learning. He is also passionate about supporting cancer related charitable causes that are meaningful to him and his family. An animal lover, especially of dogs and horses, he also enjoys following baseball and soccer.
