Gabriel Pagán is a Massachusetts real estate agent with Lamacchia Realty, serving Fall River and the surrounding South Coast communities. His interest in real estate grew from experiencing the home-buying process firsthand and seeing how important it is to have someone knowledgeable and dependable guiding you along the way. That experience, combined with a desire to help others achieve their real estate goals, inspired him to enter the industry. Gabriel’s goal is to make the buying or selling process as clear, organized, and straightforward as possible. He takes pride in open communication, attention to detail, and helping clients understand their options so they can make confident decisions that are right for them.

Before entering real estate, Gabriel built nearly a decade of experience in engineering laboratory management, product validation, and technical support. He earned an Associate degree in Engineering Science from Bristol Community College. His technical background strengthened his analytical thinking, organization, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, qualities he brings to every real estate transaction. Gabriel chose Lamacchia Realty for its strong training, technology, marketing, and support systems, allowing him to provide clients with the resources of an established brokerage while still delivering personal, one-on-one service.

Gabriel lives in Fall River and enjoys being part of the South Coast community. Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing basketball and tennis and spending time with his wife, sons, and their dog. He is also an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, giving him an additional skill he can bring to real estate marketing and aerial property photography. Clients can expect Gabriel to be approachable, dependable, and detail-oriented throughout the buying or selling process.
