Filipe started in the industry in 2018 because he enjoyed working with people and searching the market for available properties. So when he was considering a career change, real estate was a no-brainer.
He was born and raised in Western Mass but currently lives in Boston. He has worked in the construction industry as a laborer and independent contractor. He has worked on countless home renovation projects and recently flipped a property he owned.
His experience has given him the knowledge to share with his clients in the buying or selling process. In addition, having worked closely with property managers as an independent contractor helps with multi-family and rental income investors.
His goal is to continuously improve his skills to give his clients the best experience navigating the home buying process. One skill he is already proud of is his fluency in Portuguese.
