What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“I chose Lamacchia Realty because of Darlene Umina, but after completing the REAL Training basics, I am SO thankful to have “found” Lamacchia. #1 reason I am pumped is because of the training. I could not be more thankful to have joined a company that is so committed to their agent’s success and has invested so much time to develop tools for new agents and career agents who want to move to the next level. Super cool!”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Outside of work I love to travel, eat, and hang with my family and friends (pre-COVID). I love to travel to new places and am happy to travel with family, friends, or solo. I will try any new food at least twice. My local happy place is Rockport, MA, and the family and I will drive up there whenever we have a day off and the sun is shining. I’m always up for a last-minute adventure (although this became more difficult with a kid). I really love a good book, a comfortable hammock, and some sunshine.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“I have one local non-profit that has a special place in my heart – ALS Therapy Development Institute. I volunteered and then worked for them for several years as an event coordinator, organizing fundraising events to help fund Lou Gehrig’s disease research. My largest event was a 3 day, 270-mile, bike ride from Boston to NY called the Tri-State Trek. It was an amazing event full of passionate people (and still happens every summer!).”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“Meeting new people and making personal connections!”
Do you have any pets?
“Yes, a (COVID) rescue dog. He is 8 years old and came from Texas after his elderly mom passed away. He is a sweetheart and loves all people including our bossy 3-year-old son. My husband and I had a boxer, Chico, for 11 years – our “first” baby (picture in one of the photos).”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“Definitely baseball. I will always be a die-hard Red Sox fan. Even if people claim it’s the most boring sport…”
