Elisa DiNatale began her real estate journey at just 24 years old when she purchased her first multi-family home. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for real estate and financial empowerment. From there, she transitioned into the mortgage industry and continued investing in properties, deepening her understanding of the many paths to building wealth through homeownership.

Elisa’s mission is to educate others on how attainable homeownership truly is and to help clients recognize the power of building equity and generational wealth. Her professional background includes more than 22 years at Yale University, working in a variety of departments. That experience taught her patience, empathy, and how to meet people where they are- skills that now shape her thoughtful, client-focused approach to real estate. Elisa is also a Certified Real Estate Consultant who helps clients navigate every aspect of real estate planning, making her a trusted, go-to advisor for all your property needs.

Beyond real estate, Elisa is the founder of A.E.S. (Access Empower Succeed), a nonprofit organization that supplies backpacks and school supplies to children in need and adopts families during the holidays to ensure they have meals, gifts, and, if they wish, a beautifully decorated tree. Additionally, Elise serves as the Membership Director of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Central CT Chapter. Through both her professional and charitable work, Elisa continues to live her mission of empowering others to achieve success.
