After 20+ years in business operations and people leadership (former Plant Manager turned Global HR leader), I bring a systems-oriented, data-driven approach to real estate. I see patterns others miss and solve problems most agents don’t think about.
I work with sellers and buyers in southern New Hampshire who want straight talk, not sales pitches. Think of me as your neighborhood CFO—I run the numbers, map the strategy, and help you make informed decisions about probably your biggest asset.
When I’m not working, I’m with my wife and three kids, leading a men’s group, or convincing myself I don’t need another espresso.

“No I do not. My wife and three kids are having a hard time trying to keep weeks together as it is.”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
I’m a long-time fan of “picking things up and putting them down” (dad humor translation: I’ve enjoyed strength training and am happy to nerd out over a cup of coffee). A couple things you probably will find out about me:

I played football. Wrestled, competed in Field events, and a brief attempt at Strongman.
Best deadlift: over 500 lbs. Best Bench: over 400 lbs. Best squat: 2 toddlers and a baby.
I tune in to playoff games (Football and Basketball) – enough to hang in conversations.
