Biography

Originally working with wholesale buyers in foreclosure, REO, and short sale markets, Edward developed an uncanny knack for hunting out new real estate opportunities and identifying properties with great potential. Since becoming a REALTOR®, Edward has used this experience to become a reliable agent for identifying the right property, at the right time for his client’s particular needs. Known among clients and colleagues alike for his dedication, tenacity and honesty, Edward has committed to using all available technology to locate, inform and market client’s properties and reach the most qualified buyers. His approach to real estate is focused on getting to know clients and being accountable for taking care of them from beginning to end. He gets a lot of satisfaction out of helping people make the best decisions with real estate investments. Edward loves it when he can present his clients with unique listings and watch them transform an opportunity into a beautiful home. He is a member of the Massachusetts and National Association of Realtors and Greater Boston Real Estate Board and a previous participant on the Government Affairs Committee. After graduating from Syracuse University with a dual major in Finance and Marketing, Edward spent many years working in the luxury travel market and in prominent catering/event planning organizations. He has been an Executive/Personal Assistant to C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and celebrities, therefore he knows how to provide high touch follow up with sensitivity, confidentiality, and persistence working in luxury sales environments. Today, he balances his time between working with investor buyers throughout Massachusetts and with first-time home purchasers or others looking for luxury units within the city of Boston. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“Eat out – way too much. Travel to Florida.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“ASPCA, MSPCA….anything involving animals.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“Learning market data and viewing homes for trends and upgrades in living well.”

Do you have any pets?

“I lost my dog of 13 years and think every day of getting another or 3! Travel prohibits me right now, but I am sure soon again.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“Baseball or Soccer… I like to watch.”
