Diane Burdick was born and raised in Berkshire County and has extensive knowledge of its rich cultural history, especially throughout the Northern Berkshire area. She attended local schools, including college, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English Communications from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Diane joined Lamacchia Realty when the brokerage joined forces with Steepleview Realty in May of 2026.

For more than 20 years, Diane worked in the local wedding industry, cultivating and coordinating hundreds of weddings while working closely with couples to help create their vision of the perfect wedding. During that time, she developed a strong passion for marketing and sales. Through her expertise in administering and promoting wedding expos, along with creating connections between engaged couples and wedding professionals, she helped generate millions of dollars in revenue for local wedding related businesses throughout Berkshire County. Her efforts enabled countless small family owned businesses to flourish through increased exposure to future clients.

Diane approaches both her professional and personal life guided by the principle of the “Golden Rule.” In industries that require sensitivity, honesty, integrity, and relationship building, she believes it is essential to uphold these values every day.
