Dennis Hill II is a REALTOR® with Lamacchia Realty’s Braintree office who brings a strong passion for networking, relationship building, and helping others achieve their goals. Since beginning his real estate career two years ago, Dennis has focused on building a reputation based on trust, exceptional service, and lasting client relationships. His goal is to help buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions while providing a level of service that extends beyond the transaction.

Dennis holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and spent a decade at Southern New Hampshire University, where he taught marketing and professional sales while mentoring students. He is also a U.S. Air Force veteran. His background in education, sales, and service shapes his approach to real estate, where he listens first, explains each step clearly, provides relevant information, and follows through on his commitments.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Dennis now lives in Canton, Massachusetts. Outside of real estate, he enjoys dancing, attending Broadway shows, golfing, riding his motorcycle, and caring for his bonsai. Dennis is also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and an avid sports fan, with a particular interest in Formula 1, football, golf, and basketball.
