Denise Threlkeld is the Administrative Assistant at the Lamacchia West Dennis office and a native Cape Codder. While many can say they were born on the Cape, Denise’s family roots run especially deep, tracing back to 1630 and Capt. Richard Sears. With the exception of a brief period living “off Cape,” Denise has spent nearly her entire life enjoying and getting to know the Mid-Cape area.

Her professional background is in marine cartography and electronic mapping, experience that has given her an exceptional understanding of geography and attention to detail, skills that translate naturally into the real estate industry.

Denise brings her knowledge of Cape Cod, understanding of the local lifestyle, and detail-oriented approach to her role at Lamacchia Realty. She enjoys supporting buyers and sellers throughout the many intricacies of a real estate transaction and helping make the process as smooth as possible.
