Debra Buchard was born and raised in Berkshire County and, after a 20 year hiatus in Arizona, returned to the area and now lives in Southern Vermont with her family, where they raise German Shepherd Dogs and Christmas trees.
Debra has been a REALTOR® since 1996, beginning her career alongside her family’s custom home building business in Arizona. With a strong background in building, mortgage lending, residential appraising, sales, and customer service, she skillfully guides her clients through the process of buying and selling real estate while building trust and lasting friendships along the way.
A fitness instructor since the 1980s, Debra cherishes the outdoor lifestyle enjoyed by those fortunate enough to call Berkshire County and Vermont home. She sincerely loves her work and values the privilege of representing both buyers and sellers in Massachusetts and Vermont.
