Dayanara Chacon is a dedicated real estate professional based out of the Wolcott, Connecticut office who began her career in real estate in January 2026. Inspired by her own family’s journey to homeownership, Dayanara developed a passion for helping others achieve the dream of owning a home. Watching her mother work toward purchasing a home for many years gave her a firsthand understanding of how meaningful and life changing the process can be. Today, she is committed to making a positive impact in her local community by guiding clients through every step of the buying process with care, patience, and understanding.

Dayanara’s goal is to educate her clients on every aspect of real estate they may be unfamiliar with while remaining attentive, responsive, and approachable throughout the transaction. She strives to build lasting relationships with her clients that continue well beyond the closing table. Her previous experience working in retail, the restaurant industry, and office environments helped her develop strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills, while also teaching her how to remain calm and solutions focused in fast paced situations. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Connecticut, where she gained valuable knowledge in marketing, finance, economics, and business operations.

Outside of real estate, Dayanara enjoys traveling and exploring local hiking trails. She brings a warm, friendly personality and a genuine passion for helping people into every client interaction.
