Danny started in real estate in 2019. He has always loved the real estate business and loved the idea of being able to help people achieve home ownership. Danny believes that owning a home is the most important thing someone can do to help secure their financial future. He sees the idea of helping people sell their homes as a step toward their future as well. Either selling to grow a family, selling to move because of a career change or job growth, or selling to upgrade their living situation, is a step forward. Danny’s goals in real estate are very simple – he strives to be completely aware of each customer’s hopes and needs while being very educated on the industry and the current state of the market. This allows Danny to honestly communicate with his customers and give them a sense of comfort that he is in their corner and has the knowledge and experience to help them achieve their desired goals. It is for this reason that Danny is oftentimes described by his clients as caring, honest, and hardworking.
Prior to real estate, Danny spent 25+ years in the restaurant and hospitality industry. From working in restaurants, he has learned to deal with and appreciate every type of personality there is. Customer service is the most important part of the hospitality business. Danny has spent the past 18 years in sales and marketing in the beverage and medical industries. Also, as a side hustle and hobby, Danny performs stand-up comedy. He has performed all over South Florida. Standup comedy gives Danny an insight into how to make people feel comfortable and at ease. His comedy revolves around his life as a father and husband and deals with many things that are universal to most people.
Danny is originally from Philadelphia, and he has lived in South Florida since 1986.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“First and foremost is spending time with my AMAZING son and my SPECTACULAR wife. They are my purpose for living and they are the two greatest people I know. Additionally, I love performing stand-up comedy. Making people laugh brings me tremendous joy. Lastly, spending time with friends and entertaining in my home is my favorite pastime…I make a hell of a good BBQ.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“I support charities that give directly to children in need as well as those that support our military veterans.”

“I truly enjoy helping people achieve their goals as it pertains to home ownership and growing their financial futures through real estate.”
Do you have any pets?
“I have the greatest dog on the face of the earth, Olaf (he is a lab mix that we adopted from our local animal shelter).”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“I enjoy watching Formula 1 and Nascar auto racing, along with football and soccer. I enjoy working out with my son.”
