After purchasing two of his own homes as well as selling one, Chris fell in love with the buying/selling process, and it motivated him to get into the real estate industry. Chris knows first-hand how stressful the buying and selling experience can be and understands that it is the most important purchase his clients will most likely make in their lives. Chris takes his responsibilities as a real estate agent very seriously and he will help to ensure the buying or selling process operates smoothly for his clients using his own personal buying/selling knowledge as well as the training provided by Lamacchia. Chris’s friends and clients know that he is trustworthy and dependable and because of this, he is the person that you can call anytime and he will be there for you.
Chris has a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing. Currently, he manages a family restaurant in Peabody, MA, and handles all of the marketing for two of his family’s restaurants. The marketing and people skills that he has acquired from managing restaurants for 14 years will help him to transition into the real estate world.
Chris is from New Hampshire but he has lived in Boston for the past 15 years. Currently, he lives in Winthrop, MA.
What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“I chose Lamacchia because I was very impressed with the amount of training and resources they have. Being new to the industry, I wanted to go somewhere that provided me with the most potential to learn and grow.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“I am an outdoorsman; I love hiking, lakes, golf, and pretty much all outdoor activities. I am also a die-hard Boston Sports fan.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“I love helping people, I really take pride in doing a good job and making sure people have a great experience.”
Do you have any pets?
“I have one Cat named Nacho. I love him but he’s kind of a jerk.”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“Currently my favorite sport to play is golf. I played soccer in college and my favorite team to watch is the Patriots.”
