Carrie has had an interest in real estate for a number of years and just recently found herself in a position to dedicate the time necessary to earn her real estate license and get her business off the ground! Ultimately, Carrie’s goal as a REALTOR® is to help her clients find success! She will work diligently to ensure that she understands her client’s needs and goals first, then put her efforts towards achieving them as if they were her own. Carrie is strong-minded and will work with her client’s best interest in mind always while still maintaining her naturally fun and positive attitude!
Prior to real estate, Carrie worked a 23-year career in Healthcare Finance and Software. Her degree in Accounting along with her extensive industry experience has given Carrie an expert understanding of financial transactions, experience in contract negotiations, and experience dealing with complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. These are all skills that have prepared her to be in the real estate industry and the ones she plans to leverage during each buying or selling transaction.
Carrie is originally from Spencer, MA. Currently, she is living in Warren, MA.
What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“I took to heart my teacher’s advice, interviewed several brokerages, and chose the one that offered the most comprehensive training, and the highest level of ongoing support.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Obstacle Course Races, Hiking, Paddleboarding, Snowshoeing, pretty much anything that gets me outside and moving. Climbed my first NH 4,000 footer in 2021 and plan to compete in my first triathlon in 2022.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“I am drawn to charities supporting children’s causes and am a long-time St. Jude supporter.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“Winning. Meeting goals and exceeding expectations.”
Do you have any pets?
“Yes, I have a 12-year-old dog, Riley. She is my adventure buddy. Her favorite activity is hiking. I’m convinced she is part mountain goat.”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“I enjoy watching soccer, especially when my children and now grandchildren play. Of course, being in New England, I enjoy watching and even better, attending our team’s games.”
