Brent made a career change to real estate in May 2021 after being a paramedic for 10 years. He resides in Derry, NH, with his wife and three children.
In addition to his NH real estate salesperson license, he has an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Bachelor’s in Paramedic Science, and EMT and Paramedic certifications.
Although taxing on his physical and mental health, his experience in emergency medical services in multiple busy urban areas has helped him develop excellent interpersonal skills.
No stranger to high-stress environments, his goal is to provide exceptional customer service by prioritizing the needs of his clients throughout the homeownership process. He is proud to continue working as an EMT while being a full-time real estate agent.

“I chose Lamacchia for their dedication to their agents! I feel that the educational and marketing opportunities they offer their agents to try and help them be the best that they can be show how much they truly care about their people and their craft. I wanted to be in a work environment that wants their agents to succeed more than anything.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“My wife and I love to travel, as well as our kids! (we’re Disney people and go frequently!) I am an outdoorsy person as well and love anything that gets me outside: hunting, hiking, fishing just to name a few. As much as I love being outside though, I also love to sit on my couch when relaxation is needed and read a good book, play video games or watch a show with my wife.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“It truly brings me joy to see someone else excited over a real estate opportunity. Owning a property can be one of the most rewarding things in life, and whether it’s your first or fiftieth time going through the process, the excitement can remain the same. I absolutely love helping people obtain that goal for themselves.”
Do you have any pets?
“We have two cats, Daisy and Mittens who are the total opposite of each other. Daisy is extremely social and Mittens hides from the world and only comes out at night. We also have two dogs and they are my babies. My Australian Shepherd is named Kiwi and he is the cutest most mischievous dog I have ever met. Becky is my pitbull mix and she is simply the best dog. They are both amazing with all of my children and we love them dearly.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“My favorite charity is Doctors Without Borders. Having been in the medical field for quite some time myself, I have a high respect for anyone who is able to do the job in a different or adverse environment.”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“I grew up playing basketball and still love to play when I’m able to, but I LOVE to watch football and would do so all day if I was allowed to.”
