Bob Gedraitis started in real estate in 2014 with a focus on fix and flips, and long-term buy and holds. Here at Lamacchia Realty, Bob’s goal is to show his clients the financial benefits of homeownership. He wants to help them get into the best life and financial situation through their personal home or investment properties. Before real estate, he was an EMT from high school Graduation (’97) until 2002 and a Zookeeper from 2002-2017. Both of those jobs have various unexpected things arise, which has helped him in fielding the unexpected things that come up in real estate.
Bob grew up in Holden, MA, and moved to St Augustine, FL in 2002. Then, he moved to Albuquerque, NM in 2005 and back to Paxton, MA in 2021.
What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“It started with the fact that I saw Lamacchia signs everywhere. I was impressed with the training and support offered to the agents. I firmly believe in that and assume that is why the company has found the success that they have.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“I love trying new adventures solo, or with my wife and child. I also enjoy hiking, running, and biking.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“Showing people, that don’t realize it, that they can afford a home.”
Do you have any pets?
“Not currently, but I have in the past, and will in the future. I was also a zookeeper for 15 years.”

“Favorite sport: Football and Favorite Team: New England Patriots”
