Bea is a graduate of Bentley University and a South Shore native. She comes to Lamacchia Realty after 12 years in the retail industry as a merchandise buyer. Throughout her tenure, she gained experience working in New York and Massachusetts. In retail, she worked in a fast-paced environment, with an ecosystem of partners, vendors, and customers. Bea is a full-time REALTOR®, who prides herself in the relationships she has built with all her clients. Not only does Bea have extensive experience in helping her clients buy or sell (or do both) but she personally has experience in investing in real estate. She purchased her first condo in 2006 and has successfully rented it out since as well as a seasonal summer home on the Cape in 2023 (which was renovated with her help & guidance). Bea grew up in Weymouth and currently resides in Hanover with her husband and two children. She brings her passion, dedication, and drive to real estate, which is evident from the moment you meet her. Bea is a “get it done” person and looks forward to making that happen for her customers.

Having sold 375+ homes in the past six years, Bea has found her true passion. Bea was featured as a “Rising Star” in the South Shore Top Producers December 2020 magazine, as well as one of the keynote speakers during the 2021 Crush It In Real Estate panel!

Bea was also the Realtor on an episode of House Hunters which aired on July 15^th, 2019 titled “City or Suburbia Near Boston” helping her clients find their dream home in Malden. After exploring different options between a Boston condo or the more suburban home in Stoneham, her clients ended up closing on a beautiful home that was the perfect compromise for her newlywed clients.

Do You Have Any Pets?:

“Yes, we have two dogs, Molly & Lucy who are both yellow labs.”

Do You Have a Favorite Charity?:

“I have gotten involved in donating to JDRF since my son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in August of 2022. It’s important to me to help raise money so that maybe one day in my son’s near future, the technology becomes so advanced, living with Type 1 Diabetes will become easier for him.”

Favorite Part of My Job:

“I love making people happy and there is no better feeling than helping clients find the right home to start a new and exciting chapter in their lives.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“Yes, love sports! Hockey is my favorite if I had to choose. My husband is from upstate New York and of all sports, the only team we agree in our house is the Bruins.”

Bea was a fantastic resource to me and my husband throughout the process of buying our first home. She was extremely responsive efficient and diligent in working with us the individual sellers' realtors and introducing us to a fantastic closing team. We started the home buying process at the end of October-early November with pre-approval and throughout multiple open houses helped us to narrow down more of what we were looking for. We had two offers successfully accepted the first of which fell through after an eye-opening inspection; however despite that disappointment Bea guided us seamlessly through the process of retracting our offer and ensuring us a better home would come along - which it did! We are so happy in our new home and know that any future buying/selling needs will be handled safely in Bea's hands.

Bea was very responsive! If I texted her about viewing a house she responded within 5 minutes. I also was lucky to have her because when I requested to view a house she found time during the following day to make it happen. I had many questions and she was always available to answer them. She always showed up with positive energy.
