Ardemis was looking to jump into something more challenging compared to her previous careers – she wanted to be out and about, interacting with people, making her own hours/schedule, being her own boss, etc. Ardemis got a hold of the “Big Real Estate Book”, but was overwhelmed by the amount of material and time it would take to review it all. However, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ardemis was laid off and decided this was her chance to dive into it and see what she would be capable of doing in the real estate industry! After studying hard, Ardemis earned her real estate license and walked into the Lamacchia Woburn office, asked to be trained as an agent and here she is! As a REALTOR®, Ardemis is excited to put her knowledge/skills to use and challenge herself to see how far she’s able to go. Dealing with the public is not an easy task, but Ardemis is oftentimes described as funny, caring, and a people person. Therefore, having the patience and putting herself in her client’s shoes, and thinking from their point of view is how she plans to guide them to reach their goals.
Prior to real estate, Ardemis has been an Executive Assistant at Starwood Hotels – Aloft, Element Hotels in Lexington, Assistant to the GM Harvard University, Supporting the Director of Benefits United Healthcare, and the Supporting the Director of Sales. She has always dealt with people and solving problems which has made her a very patient person, and a great listener – skills she plans to utilize as a REALTOR®!
Ardemis lives in Stoneham, MA.
