Alivia Korsun started in the real estate industry as an Operations Manager and, combined with her previous work in Economic Development and Event Talent, she felt that becoming a REALTOR® was a great intersection of these skills! She could interact with people on a personal level and help them with real estate transactions, which is a huge part of Economics. Her previous roles as a personal assistant for the mayor and a woman running for state senate, and later a position for an economic development company taught her about the value of community and the people in it.

Alivia’s goal is to become a Specialist Sellers Agent. She is starting an LLC to start a home organizing business that she hopes to build and offer home staging. Her husband owns a moving company, and in the future, she would like to see these businesses intersect to fully automate the process of selling a home! From listing, organizing, staging, packing, and moving she wants to eliminate the stress and run around involved in putting a home on the market and moving. Her clients describe her as transparent, dependable, and friendly and she is so excited to work with both buyers and sellers to assist them in reaching all of their real estate goals!

Alivia is originally from Paducah, Western Kentucky and has also lived in Utah and Hawaii before moving to Boston to be with her now Husband Slava! She and her husband live in Watertown with their dog Shades.
