Born and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts, where she still resides today, Alicia brings valuable local knowledge and a genuine passion for serving her community.

Before real estate, Alicia worked as a Comcast technician from 2002 to 2015, where she earned a reputation for putting customers first and helping them find solutions that met their needs. Her background in customer service and sales has helped her develop the communication skills and dedication that her clients appreciate today.

First and foremost, Alicia is a proud mother of two and grandmother to two boys. Outside of real estate, she enjoys playing pool as an active member of the APA and loves spending quality time with her family and close friends.
