Alicia Lassiter found she really enjoyed Real Estate after she went through the process of buying her 2nd home. She enjoyed it so much that she went on to get her Real Estate license and in August of 2018 she officially became a licensed agent! Alicia loves helping people and finds it so rewarding to be a part of her client’s Real Estate journeys. Seeing their excitement and satisfaction when they find the home they want or successfully sell their home is so valuable to her.
Alicia credits her passion to helping people from her previous job as a social worker. She graduated from Fitchburg State with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology and currently lives in Worcester.
What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“This company really helps people grow. They offer so much training for their agents and everyone throughout the industry and I really like that they provide those tools to help people build their businesses. I also kept seeing info about the company come up and was then referred to Lamacchia from another agent, and from there I knew this was something I wanted to be a part of.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, swimming, shopping!”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“My favorite thing about my job is helping my clients come to realize that the home they just bought is now truly theirs! It is so rewarding to help them find their dream home and seeing the excitement and realization on their face is such a good feeling.”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“Being a New Englander, I am definitely a Boston sports fan!”
