Alex first joined Lamacchia Realty, Inc in 2010 out of college ready to put both feet into real estate, learning the ins and outs of the business working very closely with Anthony Lamacchia as they helped hundreds of distressed homeowners through difficult short sale transactions. Alex transitioned in 2014 from assisting in short sales to primarily focus on being a listing agent through the next few years. In 2017 Alex began working more with buyers finding them their dream homes, as well as sellers and was able to close 40 transactions and became part of the Lamacchia Realty President’s Club for 2017! As of the halfway point in 2019 Alex has already closed 18 sales and has 11 pending sales under agreement.

Alex is a lifelong resident of Wilmington and helps clients in and around Wilmington, as well as the Northshore and is also licensed in New Hampshire which contributes to his business.

Alex recently became a father in August of 2018 when he and his wife welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Laura Marie Montalto.

Outside of Work I Enjoy:

“I enjoy staying active in spare time with hiking, golf and baseball in the summer and skiing in the winter.”

“I enjoy Baseball, Hockey, and Football for sports. Favorite team is the Boston Bruins.”
