Biography

Born and raised in Northborough, MA, and a lifelong resident of Massachusetts, AJ comes with close to twenty years of experience in several different facets of customer service. Specializing in working with both seller and buyer representation, AJ has almost ten years of real estate experience and enjoys guiding his clients through the process of home buying and selling from beginning to end. AJ’s easy-going and laid-back personality mixed with his never-ending drive to excel and see his clients get the best deals and most money for their homes sets him apart from many in the industry.  You aren’t just hiring an agent to represent you in one of (if not THE) largest transaction of your life, but you’re also gaining a lifelong friend who strives to make the process enjoyable from start to finish. A four-time President’s Club Member, and the top agent for both sales volume and transactions with 50 sales and just under 23 million dollars in sales volume, AJ also ranked as #6 out of over 500 agents company-wide in 2022. Along with getting an upbeat, positive, and energetic agent to work alongside, you are also getting someone who genuinely cares for all of his clients and wants to make things as easy and enjoyable for them as possible!

What do you like to do outside of work?

“I love anything to do with the water; the ocean, lakes, ponds, etc.  I live on a gorgeous lake, where I love to fish, boat, waterski, wakeboard, jet-ski… you name it.  If it involves water, count me in.”

What is your favorite charity?

“My brother was diagnosed with ALS, better known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, in 2013. He passed away in early 2014.  The disease took his life extremely quick, as it does the majority of people who are diagnosed with it.  My desire to help make a difference in treating this terrible disease came about after my brother was diagnosed.  There are no known cures for this disease, and there are so many restrictions on drug-testing set forth by the FDA, that donating to organizations that will contribute to making progress in treating this disease is imperative.”

What is your favorite part of your job?

“My favorite thing about my job is working with people from so many different backgrounds on a daily basis. I am a people person, and I consider myself lucky to be in this profession.  The majority of the time it doesn’t even feel like work, I’m just helping people’s dreams fall into place!”

Do you have any pets?

“I have a rottweiler.  His name is Luca, short for “Luca Brasi The Dogfather.”  The irony in the name is that as intimidating as he may look, he is actually the most gentle dog you could ever meet. He loves being around people, and people love to be around him, kind of like me!”

What is your favorite sports teams?

“My favorite sports team would most definitely be the New England Patriots.  Although I am a huge fan of all our incredible New England sports teams (as most of us from N.E. are), football is my favorite sport to watch, attend, and follow throughout the season.”
