Lamacchia Realty Administrative Assistant
Sydney was born and raised in Southbury, CT but moved to Massachusetts in 2017 after finishing college. She graduated from Lasell University in 2017 with a degree in Hospitality Management and Business Administration.
Sydney joined the Lamacchia team as an Administrative Assistant in October 2020. After 4 years in the hospitality industry, she found herself looking for an industry change in late 2020. Sydney has always enjoyed taking on a role that offers the chance to help people, whether that be clients or fellow employees. Her customer service background has taught her the importance of going above and beyond. She is located at the front desk and oversees the main phone line and jumps in on any project when needed.
What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“I wanted to join Lamacchia Realty so that I could be a part of a fast-paced and dynamic team. Lamacchia is rapidly expanding and offers each employee the chance to grow within the company. The positive energy the team resonates makes coming to work each day enjoyable.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“I enjoy spending time with my fiancé. I also enjoy cooking, the outdoors, and visiting my family in CT.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“My favorite charity is Cradles to Crayons.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“I love that each day brings something new to the table. I also really enjoy helping the clients when they call in and guiding them in the right direction. The team here at Lamacchia is energetic and always ready to help one another when needed which creates a great sense of comradery here in the office.”
Do you have any pets?
“I have a cat named Lokie and 2 English Bulldogs, Mack and Penelope.”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“My favorite sports team is the Boston Red Sox.”
