Our Staff Star interviews will highlight a new staff member that goes above and beyond for the company, the agents, and for our valued clients. This time around the award goes to Kelly Dolan.

I started in July 2018 as an agent and joined the staff side in July 2019.
Describe your Role within the company:
I’m Dave Karoly’s Executive Assistant. I assist with lead generation and coordination, answering lead-related agent questions, and any other tasks that need to be done to keep the Sales Team operating smoothly.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Anything active, especially yoga and dance.
What is your favorite project you have been a part of while at Lamacchia Realty?
Definitely the Dial-a-thon. It was a blast!
What is the most important part of your job?
Allowing Dave to focus on the big picture, but I like to think that it’s also answering agent questions. I was a coach before getting into real estate and getting to be hands-on and helping agents through whatever they’re struggling with really fills my cup.
How would you describe the culture at Lamacchia Realty?
Unmatched. I’ve never seen so many positive, encouraging people in the same workspace in my whole life. Every person here is a solid contributor who cares about the people around them.
Before coming to Lamacchia, I worked at two brokerages in Florida. One was a big name, the other was 100% commission. There were things I liked about both, but I knew I was missing the structure and guidance I needed to succeed. The combination of advanced tech, training systems and staff support for agents at Lamacchia is very rare. After checking out the company and everything offered, joining was a no-brainer.
