Shauna Fanning has officially qualified for our 2022 President’s Club! This is Shauna’s third year qualifying for the distinction. In order to qualify, Shauna had to surpass $16,000,000 million in sales volume. Shauna also achieved the status of President’s Club ELITE in 2021! Shauna has been a top REALTOR® out of the south shore for years, having been featured in the South Shore Real Producers Magazine as a Rising Star! Recognized as a Top Producer in 2020 and 2021, Shauna can also be consistently found amongst the top agents in the Braintree Office. Additionally, Shauna was also named in the Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who list for 2022 and ranked on the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list. Shauna’s dedication to her clients knows no bounds, going above and beyond for them even weeks after having a baby! We can’t wait to see what else Shauna will achieve this year and in the years to come.
The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members are expected to travel to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas in 2023!
