Shauna Fanning has officially qualified for the prestigious distinction of President’s Club ELITE by surpassing $26,000,000 in sales volume this year. This is Shauna’s first year achieving ELITE status and it is a truly tremendous accomplishment.

Shauna is always going above and beyond for her clients and this impressive work ethic frequently lands her as a top producing agent company-wide and in the Norwood office. She was also recognized as a 2020 Top Producer. We cannot wait to see what the future holds for Shauna, especially now that Lamacchia Realty is opening a new branch office in Shauna’s hometown of Braintree!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017, and the ELITE distinction was created in 2020 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip with an additional day on the island. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018. The trip was such a success that it is anticipated that 2019 and 2020 (postponed due to pandemic) members will be vacationing at the same resort in Fall 2021. 2021 members will join in on the fun in the same location in 2022.
