Lamacchia Realty’s Florida Regional Vice President and Vice President of Relocation, Shane Bronson, has officially been appointed as a Florida REALTORS® Director for 2024.
For over 25 years in real estate, Shane has established himself as a well-respected figure in the industry. He has a comprehensive skillset which includes back-office administration, sales, ownership, management, relocation services, and business development within the realm of real estate. He is actively involved in the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and Relocation Directors Council (RDC) relocation associations. He has also served as one of the twelve members of the advisory council for the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® network. Shane is very active with the Broward, Palm Beaches, St. Lucie Board of REALTORS® where he attends local meetings and events on a regular basis. He is also very active with his local chamber of commerce.
Shane’s impressive career and position in the executive team of Lamacchia Realty as the Regional Vice President of Florida has aligned perfectly for his recent appointment as Director on the State Board of Florida REALTORS® which will take effect on January 1st, 2024.
Florida REALTORS® Directors are active in local REALTOR® association and act as liaisons between the associations at the state and local levels. Directors attend multiple meetings throughout the year which cover policy and current issues that need to be addressed within the industry.
