Sarah Hatch Receives Lamacchia Realty’s First Manager of the Year Award for 2024

Lamacchia Realty is proud to debut their new, prestigious Manager of the Year Award, a recognition that will be awarded annually to an outstanding manager who demonstrates excellence in leadership, dedication to our REALTORS®’ development, and a remarkable commitment to enhancing the company’s overall growth. We are thrilled to announce the first recipient of this award is Lamacchia Realty’s Vice President of Relocation, Sarah Hatch! Sarah will be awarded with a vacation with Lamacchia Realty’s President’s Club in October of 2025 to Aruba.

"Sarah is one of the hardest-working people in the entire organization. She’s extremely dedicated to her job, and it shows in her incredible work ethic. She does a terrific job in the Relocation space making contacts and bringing in business from all over the country. When the Executive Team and I discussed the idea of creating the Manager of the Year award, everyone was mentioning her as the perfect first candidate. So, I’m very happy to see her finally receive this award that is long overdue.

Sarah has played a pivotal role in building up and overseeing the relocation department, handling and managing all aspects of the company’s incoming and outgoing referral business. Her leadership extends to maintaining relationships with business-to-business partners and training Lamacchia agents in relocation sales and procedures.

Sarah’s journey with Lamacchia Realty began in 2016 as a receptionist and Administrative Assistant, then as Inside Sales Manager, quickly rising through the ranks due to her skills, dedicated work ethic, personable nature, and adept handling of client interactions. In early 2017, she took on the role of Relocation Coordinator, significantly expanding the company’s reach within the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network. In 2020, Sarah’s expertise and commitment led her to join Lamacchia Realty’s leadership team as the Director of Inside Relocation and Inside Sales Manager. When the previous Vice President of Relocation Shane Bronson transferred to the Lamacchia Realty Fort Lauderdale office to become the Regional Vice President of the Florida region, Sarah officially took the department over at that time. For many years Sarah has worked alongside Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations, Dave Karoly, who has been a strong proponent of Sarah’s success and escalation within the company.

Her extensive knowledge and professionalism resulted in the company receiving several accolades over the year, including in 2021 being named the fastest-growing Leading Real Estate Companies of the World affiliate over the last five years, and receiving AIRES’ Silver Level Award for Outstanding Customer Service. Sarah officially earned the prestigious Certified Relocation Professional designation, which led to her promotion to Lamacchia Realty’s Vice President of Relocation in January of 2024. In March of 2024, Sarah and Anthony accepted the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World award for Most Outgoing Referrals.
