Sarah Hatch, VP of Relocation, Promotion Announcement

Thursday, January 18th, 2024- Chief Operating Officer Jackie Louh announced that Sarah Hatch has been promoted to Vice President of Relocation.  This comes after over six years of Sarah being in the relocation business and recently passing upon her first attempt and receiving her designation as Certified Relocation Professional, CRP. 

Over the last six months, Andrea Tallion has been assisting Sarah in keeping up with all of the incoming and outgoing relocation and referral business along with handling incoming buyer and seller lead calls. Sarah is now officially overseeing and managing all aspects of the Relocation Department company-wide. Serving as the central point for receiving and delegating all company relocation and referral business, Sarah plays a crucial role in nurturing and establishing relationships with business-to-business partners, including Relocation Management Companies, Corporate Clients, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Broker Partners, and even intercompany referrals which are constant given all of the regions the company now serves.

Sarah’s extensive knowledge and industry experience uniquely qualifies her for this role of running the relocation department under the company’s Vice President of Sales & Operations, Dave Karoly. Back in the summer of 2023, Shane Bronson was appointed to Florida Regional Vice President but kept the VP of Relocation title to remain partially involved, but will now be solely focused on his role in Florida as Sarah steps into this position.

Sarah Hatch receives Fast Tracker awardIn 2018, after about a year of Sarah being involved with relocation, she went on stage with Anthony Lamacchia and Lauren Distefano to receive the Fast Tracker Award in Las Vegas at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World annual conference.   

In January 2020, Sarah’s dedication and leadership qualities earned her a position on the company-wide Leadership team. While continuing her substantial contribution to the Relocation Department, Sarah took on additional responsibilities to facilitate the department’s expansion. As a member of the Global Relocation Directors Council, she is widely recognized within the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network nationwide.

Accepting silver level awardThen in the fall of 2023, Sarah accepted the Silver Level Award as Director of Relocation on Lamacchia Realty’s behalf for excellent customer service from Aires, a global mobility company that focuses on relocation. Sarah has become a trusted resource for national relocation directors assisting clients moving to Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, and Florida.
