Sabrina is from Waltham, Massachusetts and is our Senior Administrative Assistant. Sabrina has been with Lamacchia Realty since 2012 and has held many roles within the company. She started out as a sales assistant, and it was in that position that management realized how skilled and just plain fast she was at getting things done. Shortly thereafter she was moved over to be a general administrative assistant and receptionist. It became widely known in the company that Sabrina could get more work done in a day than most people do in two. Due to her speed, she was invited over to assist with listing and selling homes. She became the lead assistant to the agents from 2014 to 2016. All of these roles have provided Sabrina with the exact knowledge and experience needed to manage the entire team of administrative assistants so, in June 2016, when other promotions were made, Sabrina was promoted into management. She excelled in that position and once her son was born and a position for the Senior Administrate Assistant became available in 2018, she took that position. She works hand in hand with all administrative staff, agents, and clients to ensure that important tasks are executed correctly and that we have happy clients and agents.
