Sabrina McGrory began her career at Lamacchia Realty as a Sales Assistant in 2012 and also served as a receptionist at the Waltham office. She has always, in every role she has been given, had a reputation as someone that could get more work done in a day than most people do in two days! Sabrina is a go-to resource for the Admin Staff at each of the offices, helping guide them through difficult situations and issues that arise.
Given her extensive knowledge in the systems and operations at Lamacchia Realty, as well as, her knowledge in real estate transactions, the company knew she would be an obvious fit for a leadership role. She will now have the title and responsibility of Operations Manager for Lamacchia Realty & Lamacchia Property Management.

In her new role, she will manage operations companywide with a special focus on all administrative assistants, including the entire reception team at all locations. Sabrina conducts trainings with all administrative staff on a regular basis and is always working to improve all processes under the guidance of Angela Walker.
