Pat grew up in Watertown but currently resides in Waltham with his wife and two children. He worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years before getting his real estate license about seven years ago. He started off in a Waltham sales office where he then decided to get his broker’s license. After working in the Boston rental market for almost 4 years, building connections and relationships with both tenants and landlords, and learning the extensive ins and outs of the rental market, he left his brokerage and decided to open his own in Brookline. With the shift in the rental market and his continued experience and vast connections within the industry, the decision to join Lamacchia came to fruition.
