In this Mid-Year Report, we’re looking at Nashua, New Hampshire home sales for the first half of 2020 versus the first half of 2019, and how the market is currently performing in that area.
As of June 30th, a total of 468 homes sold in Nashua. (These numbers include single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-family sales combined). Total sales are down 24.8% from this same time period in 2019 when 622 total homes were sold.
The first half of 2019 saw an average price of $297,856, up by 9.8% from the same time frame in 2019 when prices were $271,259.
Homes Listed in Nashua:
From January 1st to June 30th, there were 68 homes listed on the market, down 32% compared to 100 within the same date range in 2019.
Homes Pending in Nashua:
From January 1st to June 30th, there were 65 homes that went pending (contract accepted) down 26.1% compared to 88 within the same date range in 2019.
